“The Donald” really is Charming….

Mr. Trump, we have to stop meeting like this…….first in 2005, when you needed help in Arizona with your “proposed deal” to build a Trump mixed use residence/retail  skyscraper…. to the chagrin of the Arizona Biltmore residents. The deal didn’t go through, but it was pretty cool getting checks from NY with the Trump logo on them for the work I did.

And then our paths would cross again in 2009.  I met you on a video.  I figured, hey , if you are worth $7 billion and one of the most respected global leaders in wealth creation, and you like the company….I’m in.

Then, we met again in February 2010 at the Shark Tank (aka the HP Pavilion in San Jose, CA) and we chatted briefly as we battled the paparazzi to snap a few photos, LOL.

Then, I was invited to NYC in October 2010 to attend a private taping and be a judge for an episode of your Celebrity Apprentice Show where we would rub shoulders again. I don’t know how you missed me…I was seated in the second row.

And then, just last week, we crossed paths again.  This time it was in Charlotte at the Time Warner Cable Arena backstage in the green room.  I was with my very close friends and BFFs, NHL Legend Jeremy Roenick and his wife Tracy.

We chatted, took more photos and then you autographed your new book “Time to Get Tough” as we discussed the 2005 AZ deal.  I loved getting your perspective.

All in all, even though each encounter has been brief, I walk away thinking about the same 3 things.  You’re very tall, you wear great ties, and you are very disarming and charming.  I can’t wait until we meet again.  I think you should have run for President by the way.  Just sayin…..
